When Your Order Starts Moving
Once your payment clears and your order is confirmed, it enters our handling workflow. No action is taken before confirmation. At that point, DEVSOFTVIBE begins verification, quality inspection, and packaging — every order goes through these steps before dispatch.
How Long Each Stage Takes
We prepare orders for shipment within 2–7 business days. This includes verifying details, checking product integrity, securing packaging, and finalizing dispatch instructions.
After dispatch, transit typically takes 7–15 business days to reach most destinations — including Russia, Brazil, Israel, Japan, Chile, Mexico, Ukraine, India, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Argentina, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and the United Arab Emirates.
This 7–15 day window is a starting point for most of these locations — not a guaranteed arrival date.
What Can Slow Things Down (and Why)
Delays can occur after your order leaves our facility. These are outside DEVSOFTVIBE’s operational control, and include:
- severe weather conditions
- public holidays
- customs procedures
- transportation disruptions
- local regulations
- customs requirements
- carrier limitations
- country-specific import and transportation policies
What We Control — and What We Don’t
We manage what happens up to dispatch. Everything after — including customs, local transit, and carrier performance — depends on systems we don’t operate or guarantee.
